FUTURE

And now the park is transformed with hundreds of allotments tended by the gardeners of Shoreditch, beds of juicy vegetables feeding the population of East London

Sweetcorn, sweet peas, potatoes, leafy green spinach and a re-discovered vegetable ( a cross between a brussel sprout and a leek only much more delicious) A superfood vegetable proving 100% memory enhancement and grown from seeds found in an old Roman vessel, tossed out of the city walls millennia before.

An intricate network of rainwater tanks irrigates the allotments and high above the solar/wind kites are flying…colourful tails whipping across the blue sky – charging up the international network nodes embedded in beautiful tables shaded by trees where you can come and sip an elderflower cordial ( the old fashioned Pudding Mill Factory cordial established sixty years ago) and exchange stories with neighbours from across the globe, imagining what the world will be in 60 years from now…..
